Admin Assistant

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Business Development support team. The Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for customers and supporters, answering queries, fielding calls to other members of the team and keeping our systems accurate and up to date. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of people internally and externally.

Supporter Care Assistant

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Fundraising & Income Generation team. As a member of the Individual Giving Team, the Supporter Care Assistant will be the first point of contact for supporters, taking and thanking donations, answering queries, fielding calls to other members of the team and keeping the supporter database accurate and up to date. You must be an effective communicator with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the drive to make our supporters feel really valued. You will also take the lead on our banking and thanking processes.

Major Donor Manager

Leeds Cares has an exciting opportunity for a Major Donor Manager working as part of the fundraising team. Working with our Head of Major Donors you will develop, manage and grow the major donor income stream for Leeds Cares. You will support the delivery and development of key areas of the charity. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals from different professional backgrounds across partnership organisations.

The candidate must possess excellent organisational skills with a proactive, flexible and helpful approach to work. A high degree of discretion and sensitive handling of confidential information is also vital.
