Help Yourself, Help Your NHS
The past few months have been hugely challenging, because coronavirus has forced us all to sacrifice so much. During these unprecedented times, it’s important that you look after your physical and mental health.
Therefore, we’re encouraging you to pledge to make a healthier lifestyle choice and raise funds for Leeds Teaching Hospitals and help us continue to support our hard-working NHS staff during these challenging times ahead.
There are so many ways you can get involved, from walking a mile a day to setting yourself a physical exercise challenge in the comfort of your own home or garden.
Social distancing doesn’t mean not being socially active. Not being able to get together with others so easily is a good opportunity to set new personal challenges, to stay fit and try new activities in support of your local hospitals.
