IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE FROM THE ORGANISER:

‘Run For All’ who organise the Leeds 10k have now announced a date for the rescheduled event.

The Leeds 10k will now take place on Sunday 4th July 2021.

So what next?

If you have a charity place

In line with ‘Run For All’ we will be offering the following options regarding your place:

  1. Run on Sunday 4th July 2021
  2. Request a refund (This will be issued by Leeds Cares as you purchased the place through the charity)

Once you have made your decision, we will then ensure that your request is carried out. You can get in touch with us at events@leeds-cares.org or on 0113 539 7020.

If you haven’t already, you will need to complete a 2nd registration with the event organisers. If you are unsure if you have done this, please drop me a line.

If you have your own place:

You will now be sent an email from ‘Run For All’ that will offer you three options regarding your place in the event:

  1. Run on Sunday 4th July 2021
  2. Request a refund (This will be issued by ‘Run For All’ as you purchased the place through them directly)

Try the new route for 2021!

 

The Leeds 10k has a brand new route for 2021!

The new course is suitable for anyone, no matter your age or ability.

Starting at the University of Leeds then taking runners through the leafy high-street in Headingley and past the iconic Leeds Arena before you enjoy an electric finish line on the Headrow.

Seasoned runners can take advantage of the flat and fast route to target a personal best, whilst new runners can embrace the incredible atmosphere to achieve their own goal!

Launched over 10 years ago and now one of the highlights on the region’s running calendar, The Leeds 10K is famed for its fun, friendliness and fantastic atmosphere.

Join the thousands of people pounding the streets of Leeds on Sunday 4th July 2021 and support your hospital!

Famous for its flat and fast course this 10k is perfect for beginners or those looking to beat a personal best!

By purchasing one of our charity places, you agree to pay a £20 registration fee and fundraise a minimum of £150.

Alternatively, if you already have a place in the Leeds 10K, you can still fundraise for us, simply by choosing to raise as much as you can in support of Leeds Cares.

The great thing about Leeds Cares is that because we support all of Leeds Teaching Hospitals, you can choose where your fundraising goes – whether you want to support the Children’s Hospital, the Cancer Centre or maybe even the Dental Institute – the choice is yours!
