The British Transplant Games: Rosie’s Story

We asked 10 year-old Rosie Fords’ mum Lisa about their family’s experience at the British Transplant Games. “Rosie was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia in December 2015. Leukaemia is cancer of the white blood cells; Rosie needed immediate treatment because this cancer is particularly aggressive.
